Wilcom Compatibility

The Sheer Custom embroidery customizer is built for compatibility with Wilcom Software.

In order to use Sheer Custom you need EMB templates produced in Wilcom Embroidery Studio.

EMB Templates

Sheer Custom allows users to customise the font style, thread colour and text of lettering in EMB templates with an easy user interface.

A typical example can be seen with “George” and “Peter” above – here the name, date, font and thread colours have been changed using our customizer

Product Customization

Sheer Custom for WooCommerce allows you to assign EMB templates (or groups of EMB templates) to any WooCommerce product as customization choices for your customer in our front end interface.

It is possible to group your embroidery designs into categories for users to easily find their preferred customization

Flexible Pricing

Sheer Custom has a flexible range of customization pricing options based on “Placements” e.g. Front, Back, Shirt Sleeve.

It is possible to price placements so they add to a total price, or offer a discounted price based on combinations e.g. Individual Front $5 + Individual Back $5 = $10 or Front + Back combination price = $8

Easy Cart & Checkout

Customizations are added to the product cost in the cart and the customer checks out as the would in a regular WooCommerce store.

Customization pricing is multiplied by the product quantity selected so you can ensure you always charge the right amount for your customizations

Order Notifications for improved production accuracy

Order notifications are sent with a snapshot image of the customization to the store owner and customer so there is no doubt about what the customer ordered.

With the customization snapshot in the order notification it is easy to check for errors and avoid costly production mistakes
