Where to find Generated EMB files

EMB files are generated when a store visitor purchases a WooCommmerce product with a customization.

The website administrator/ store owner will receive an order notification email which contains a snapshot preview of the customization, the customization parameters and a link to download the EMB file.

For each order received, the information above is also visible in the WooCommerce order admin section – it is also possible to download the EMB file in the WooCommerce order admin section.

Customer order notification emails also contain a snapshot preview of their customisation which they can check to ensure spelling is correct etc

We advise adding a note to the Customer Order Notification email requesting the customer to get in touch with your customer services if they can see a mistake. We also recommend that prior to production, store owners carefully review and adjust the customer generated EMB file to ensure the machine output will be of sufficient quality.
